If you experience any unforeseen issues while wearing your full lace wig purchase within the first year for a Diamond collection purchase, 6 months for Platinum/Hair Porn/Chastity collection purchases, and 3 months for a Gold collection purchase such as tangling, excessive shedding, etc. We will either repair, or replace your unit free of charge. We at Ultimate Hair are so confident of the quality of our wigs & remy hair, we offer you a 14-day Ultimate Guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason what so ever, we will gladly replace your lace wig with another wig of equal value.

We stand behind our products 100%. If within the first 7 days you have a change of heart about your selection contact us to make arrangements. We will gladly exchange your lace wig or remy hair no questions asked.

Wigs and remy hair must be returned unaltered, in its original condition & packaging, unworn, and lace uncut. Please contact us for further details.

All in stock ready to ship items will ship within 24-48 hours upon order confirmation, and will ship according to the shipping method selected upon check out.

All other items will ship according to the time frame noted in its shipping disclaimer, and will ship at that time according to the shipping method selected upon check out.

Important note: If any of the previously described action has occurred that item(s) may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. There are no returns or exchanges on our products or accessories. Only one approved exchange is allowed per customer transaction. Customers are solely responsibly for any and all shipping costs associated with their exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee for all exchanges.

All custom order sales are final. There are no exchanges or returns on custom orders, unless there was a discrepancy in the design or production of the unit.

If you wish to make an approved return for exchange, you must return your item within 14 days of your purchase. You will be issued an RMA number. Ship the merchandise along with insurance for the value of the item and obtain your tracking number to prevent against lost or damaged shipments.
